This is not medical advice

To Good Health is an information and tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, it is not a medical device, and it is not a substitute for a consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

Never delay seeking medical help, and never start, stop or change any medicine, supplement, diet or exercise programme on the basis of what this app shows. If you feel unwell, contact your GP, call NHS 111, or in an emergency call 999.

This is information, not medical advice. Grades compare your numbers with published NHS and NICE ranges, which are general and do not account for your age, sex, medicines or history. Always discuss your results with your GP, especially anything marked amber or red.

About the grades and ranges

  • Grades compare your numbers with published NHS and NICE reference ranges. These are general population ranges and do not account for your age, sex, ethnicity, pregnancy, medicines or medical history.
  • Laboratories differ. Your lab’s own reference range may be the more appropriate one, which is why it is shown alongside wherever you provide it.
  • A green grade does not mean you are well, and an amber or red grade does not mean you are ill. Only your clinician, with your full history, can interpret a result.
  • Unit conversions, imports and trend calculations are done on a best-effort basis. Always check imported values against your original report during review.

AI-generated explanations

Explanations produced by the AI feature are generated automatically, may be incomplete or wrong, and must not be relied on. They are there to help you form questions for your clinician, not to answer them. Always check the linked sources.

Your account

  • You must be 18 or over to create an account.
  • Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Enter only your own results, or results you are lawfully entitled to handle.
  • Enter values accurately and as they appear on your report — the output is only as good as the input.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

  • use the app to provide clinical services, or to advise others on their results
  • attempt to access another person’s data, or probe, scrape or overload the service
  • upload malicious files, or content you have no right to upload
  • copy, resell or republish the app’s content or grading logic as your own product

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Your data and exports

You keep ownership of the results you enter. How they are stored depends on the choice you make in the app, as set out in our privacy notice. In session-only mode your results are lost when you close the tab, so export a copy if you need one. We are not responsible for data lost in session-only mode.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as it is, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or of freedom from errors. Features may change, and we may add, alter or withdraw parts of the app. Reference ranges and lifestyle suggestions are updated as published guidance changes.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the app — including any health outcome, missed diagnosis, lost data, or decision taken on the basis of a grade, trend or suggestion shown here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Closing your account

You can clear all your data at any time from “Your data” in the app, and ask us to close your account. These terms stop applying once your account is closed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected].
